CIVIL SERVICES EXAMINATION (IAS/IPS/IFS etc)
The Civil Services Examination (CSE), though comprises of three distinct parts viz: Prelims, Mains and Interview, is in fact an integrated examination. The Prelims and Mains are integrated through the General Studies papers. The distinction is that the Prelims are in the form of MCQs while the same topics can appear as short essays in the Mains GS Papers I-IV. Our recommended strategy for preparation is of an integrated approach. The topics are covered in such a manner to help answer questions in both prelims and mains, whether they are in the nature of MCQs or of essays. It will also be helpful in writing the General essay paper and optional papers.
Our programme begins on a broadbase catering to both prelims & mains, which gradually tapers and converges into Prelims as we progress towards the examination. After the Prelims examination is over, our focus will be shifted to preparation for the Mains thereby ensuring better time management.
